Inspirational Moments: Prayer
By Pastor J H Davis Jr

How important it is to have a prayerful life?
Prayer is communicating with our Heavenly Father (God). Jesus taught his disciples how to pray (Matthew 6:9-13, Luke 11:2-4) because they did not fully understand how to pray. Just like some of us, we really don't know what to say when it comes to talking to our Heavenly Father; His Son, and the Holy Spirit. When in doubt, ask God and He will answer your prayers.
Let us Pray!
After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the glory, for ever. Amen
St. Matthew 6:9-13
